Confidential Culinary Leadership Opportunity in Charleston, SC seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume restaurant business with multiple dining experiences and seasonal volume.

The role manages food quality, cost, training, staffing, systems, and BOH leadership development, reporting to ownership and senior leadership with a strong hands-on presence in peak service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven ability to lead large, high-volume kitchens and develop multiple levels of culinary leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with food cost, labor, inventory, and margins management.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations and kitchen performance across a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Own food quality, presentation, and recipe adherence across all service periods.
• Develop and coach sous chefs, kitchen managers, supervisors, and hourly staff.
