Hirebridge is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume restaurant business in Charleston, SC. The role entails drive over food quality, cost controls, and menu execution across multiple dining experiences with a strong focus on leadership and day-to-day presence.

A bilingual English/Spanish capability is strongly preferred, with a track record of developing BOH leadership and delivering consistent results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in high-volume settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and develop kitchen leadership.
• Strong cost control, food cost, and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations and kitchen performance across a high-volume environment.
• Own food quality, presentation, portioning, and recipe execution.
• Develop and coach Sous Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and supervisors.
• Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, and waste reduction; drive cost controls.
