Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across café, banquet, and conference facilities. You will develop menus, manage kitchen staff, control costs, and ensure top-quality presentations while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include equipment organization, vendor relations, and maintaining profitability through effective inventory and tomorrow’s planning. A strong leadership style and commitment to guest experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Culinary certification and food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Research and recommend new equipment beneficial to facilities.
• Inventory and order food products and assist sourcing.
• Create and produce quality products for Café and banquet, maintaining profitability.
• Lead prep and product order guides.
