Panther National is seeking an experienced Club Chef to lead all culinary operations, partnering with executive leadership to elevate the club’s dining, banquets, and member experiences. The role demands hands-on leadership, a focus on standards, training, and strong organizational skills, reporting to the Assistant General Manager.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience (Sous Chef/Club Chef or equivalent).
• Experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or high-end resort settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen financial controls.
• Experience leading and developing culinary teams and managing busy club operations.
• Comfortable with Club technology and Microsoft software; proactive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop BOH culinary team of approximately 10 associates.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and timing across member dining and events.
• Develop standardized recipes, plating standards, and portion controls.
• Assist with menu development, costing, and product selection.
• Oversee sanitation, safety, and health compliance; optimize inventory and waste control.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional member experiences.
