Sodexo is seeking a skilled Executive Chef 3 to lead an innovative, high-volume food service operation at a large headquarter campus for a Pharmaceutical Client in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Your expertise in managing large-scale food service will shine as you oversee the preparation, plating, and serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for employees, executives, and conference events. With a strong, hands-on approach to scratch cooking, you’ll provide exceptional dining experiences while leading your team with passion and precision. What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-level culinary team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support as needed.
  • Develop and execute scratch-cooked menus that meet contract requirements and food cost targets.

  • Stay ahead of culinary trends, ensuring menus are fresh, on-trend, and competitive with industry standards.
  • Create sustainable, health-focused menus that align with current dietary trends and client preferences.
  • Mentor and inspire kitchen staff, elevating their skills and ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
