Job description

Are you a data-driven ecommerce expert with hands-on experience in scaling sales across Amazon, eBay, and other international marketplaces?


Do you thrive in an environment where you manage PPC campaigns, optimize product listings, and take full P&L responsibility across platforms like Amazon.de, Amazon.ae, eBay, Kaufland, and Otto?


Were looking for a strategic, results-oriented specialist who can take ownership of multi-platform growth and drive real performance.


Role & responsibilities:

1. PPC Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Amazon, eBay, and related platforms.
  • Optimize bids, keywords, and placements to maximize ROI.
  • Manage ad formats including Sponsored Products, Brand Store Ads, and Display Ads.

2. Keyword Research & Data Analytics

  • Conduct competitive keyword research using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Analyze performance metrics to shape ongoing strategy.
  • Use customer insights to improve conversion rates and profitability.

3. Product Listing & Content Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
  • Apply SEO strategies and high-impact visuals to enhance listing quality.

4. Strategic Market Analysis & P&L Oversight

  • Own the Profit & Loss for your campaigns and client projects.
  • Use Market Basket Analysis to spot bundling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies based on changing budgets and market trends.

5. Marketplace Compliance & Account Health

  • Monitor account health across all platforms.
  • Manage reviews, listing suspensions, and operational issues proactively.

6. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Deliver insightful, actionable reports on performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align growth strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.

7. Localization & Global Market Adaptation

  • Adapt strategies for German and other non-English marketplaces.
  • Use AI and contextual research tools to bridge language gaps and align to local preferences.

Preferred candidate profile:


  • 3+ years in ecommerce marketing with strong experience on Amazon, eBay, and global marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing Profit & Loss statements and making strategic decisions based on data.
  • Solid grasp of customer behavior analytics and digital marketing best practices.

Communication:


  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work with German-language interfaces using AI tools and research.
