Role Overview

Sodexo Campus Servicesis looking for anExecutive Chef 2forMcPherson CollegeinMcPherson, KS. The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing culinary leadership for the campus. TheExecutive Chef 2 will report to the General Manager and will oversee the culinary operation for Resident dining, catering, concessions, and retail operations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

• be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
