As Sodexo Government Services continues to support the Air Force, we are seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead the culinary operations at Cannon Air Force Base, NM. This role involves serving our dedicated airmen, families, and base civilians. The Executive Chef 2 will lead a team of subcontractor cooks and Airmen, managing a variety of fresh and creative food offerings. The position oversees the dining facility on base.

The Executive Chef 2 will act as the lead manager in the kitchen, directing all kitchen staff and operations. Responsibilities include training, menu planning, food quality, safety, cost control, and client relations.
Cannon, TX, located on the Texas/New Mexico border, is about 2 hours west of Lubbock, TX.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years.
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services (restaurants, catering, institutional, etc.).
