The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary team. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to operate the BOH for an upscale pop up restaurant that travels to different cities throughout Florida and The Carolina's. This role will oversee ala carte and catering in an upscale dining environment. This role requires heavy travel. All expenses are covered by CCG.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
  
  

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.
  
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 plus bonus
