• 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants, with recent experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef
• Experience with Mexican & Spanish cuisine - preferred
• Prior experience and success in managing expo in a busy kitchen
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and profitability
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring salaried managers and hourly BOH staff
