What You Will Do
  1. Partner with FOH and BOH management to maximize sales and optimize profits through managing P&Ls, inventory, and controllable cash, achieving forecast and budget goals.
  2. Lead high-volume service periods from the floor or expo, ensuring food quality, service standards, table touches, and presentation meet TFK standards.
  3. Perform with the BOH team, conducting precise line checks and facility walks, and participate in EcoSure & Health inspections to ensure a safe production environment.
  4. Manage all FOH & BOH employees in collaboration with the General Manager, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  5. Facilitate development channels for management and key hourly team members.
