Nbutexas in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an Executive Chef with a passion for Farm-to-Table Midwest cuisine to lead culinary operations. You will build local vendor and farm connections, and oversee multiple outlets including banquets, catering, and events, while driving seasonal menu development based on what is in season.

The role calls for developing and growing the kitchen team, tight financial management, and a collaborative approach with resort or convention services.
