Nbutexas is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a sustainable ranch, driving guest experiences with a family-style team. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, design seasonal menus, and ensure profitability through recipe costing and consistent quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Executive/Banquet Chef with wedding experience, a strong culinary background, and a passion for coaching staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Executive Chef or Banquet Chef with wedding experience.
• Proven ability to manage small and large events.
• Strong culinary training, formal or informal.
• Maintains a positive, family-style atmosphere with high standards.
• Passionate about coaching culinary staff.
• Experience with menu design and recipe costing.
• Independent, self-motivated, creative with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
