Job Description

Responsible for the overall operations of the kitchens and personnel to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with departmental, company, health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Job Functions

• Oversee the operation of all kitchens to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supervise all Room Chefs and Assistant Chefs.
• Manage staffing levels according to departmental needs.
• Analyze financial reports and implement improvements.
• Assist in establishing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and managing food costs.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
