The Executive Chef Partner is responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and drive profitability. The Executive Chef contributes to increasing top-line sales and guest count by delivering a superior team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Executive Chef supports the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence.

Job Requirements

1. Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
3. Proven ability to develop teams
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
5. Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
