Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Knoxville, TN. The Executive Chef will oversee the daily operations in the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards for food quality, ensuring proper sanitation and safety practices, and managing kitchen inventory and budgeting. The Executive Chef will also develop new recipes, train and mentor kitchen staff, and collaborate with the management team to create a memorable dining experience for guests.

  • Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and improving existing dishes
