What will I be doing?

As Senior Sous Chef, you will assist in directing and overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Executive Chef in managing culinary operations, food quality, safety standards, team performance, and profitability.
  • Creating and implementing menus for banquets and special events based on current food trends and regional tastes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition.
