Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a growing upscale casual restaurant group. This hands-on culinary leader will drive food quality, cost control, and team development in a collaborative environment.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor culinary managers, and partner with restaurant leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance. Local candidates in Dublin/Columbus area preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership, including Exec Chef roles.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop culinary talent.
• Strong food cost, labor management, purchasing and inventory knowledge.
• Local to Dublin/Columbus area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including previous Executive Chef experience.

• Experience with fresh food preparation, recipe execution, and menu development.
• Hands-on, approachable leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable career history and interest in long-term growth.
• Must be local to the Dublin/Columbus area.
