Full-Time: 40 hours, Days
The Executive Chef is responsible for directing and/or preparing food to be served to residents, guests, and staff. They ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining the quality and consistency of the finished products, adhering to HACCP protocols, sanitation, health, and hygiene standards, and following established food production procedures. The Executive Chef manages facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud. A working knowledge of food products, packaging, product rotation, and basic cooking skills is required.
