CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee our scratch kitchen, providing high-quality dining experiences for our residents and guests. This role offers relocation support and the opportunity to work in a scenic coastal community.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Leading daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, safety, sanitation, and team performance.
  2. Menu development, sourcing fresh ingredients, and ensuring food quality and consistency.
  3. Managing food costs, inventory, and budgeting to meet financial targets.
  4. Creating a positive customer experience and fostering a team-oriented environment.
  5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Team building, staff training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary management experience.
  • Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred.
  • Hands-on cooking skills and knowledge of food trends.
