If so, you could be the next Executive Chef at Carespring Healthcare Managementin Loveland, OH.

$50,000 to $71,500 Per Year

As Executive Chef you’ll command lead our culinary teams as they prepare top quality meals for our residents.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing new menu options based on seasonal changes and resident demand
  • Overseeing the preparation and planning of meal designs
  • Ensuring that kitchens activities operate in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer problems and concerns personally
  • Monitoring inventory, and ordering new supplies
  • Providing support to kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
  • Recruiting and training new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards
  • Creating schedules for kitchen employees and evaluating their performance
  • Adhering to and implementing sanitation and safety regulations
  • Managing the production and utility team
  • Ensuring clean work areas and equipment during and immediately after meal preparation while serving according to established practice and regulatory inspection requirements

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager or a degree in culinary arts
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain effective communication with the dietitian/diet tech & other facility disciplines
