Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Boston, MA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. They will maintain kitchen inventory, manage kitchen staff, ensure food safety, and uphold the high standards of Pink Taco's culinary offerings. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and help create a vibrant dining experience for guests.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-energy restaurant
  • Menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creativity in developing and evolving menu offerings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
