Qualifications
  • High-volume full-service chef experience
  • Ability to create a fun and motivating work environment
  • Passionate, with a "Never Settle" attitude
  • Good judgment, decision-making, and preparation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with culinary staff, hospitality staff, and guests
  • Leadership skills to direct and motivate a diverse team
  • Conduct regular inspections of food quality, appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Perform line checks and ensure food safety protocols using Ecosure programs
  • Oversee product purchasing and manage the culinary budget
  • Drive sales and profitability through excellent execution and attention to detail
  • Motivate team members through praise and recognition
  • Ensure staff have proper tools and training
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and payroll processes
  • Identify and develop talent within and outside the restaurant
  • Handle hiring, development, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain food costs and inventory levels within budget
  • Create staff schedules aligned with forecasting and budget goals
  • Address guest complaints professionally using the AIM approach
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Strive for thoroughness and perfection in all tasks
