Responsabilidades

• Provide daily transportation for the Chairman & CEO to appointments, meetings, events, airports, and offsite engagements.
• Coordinate and support transportation logistics for private aviation, board meetings, investor meetings, and high-profile events.
• Maintain communication with Global Security regarding movement, routes, timing updates, and security considerations.
• Coordinate with VIP services, hotels, and third-party vendors for executive logistics.
• Support executive meetings, events, and offsite logistics; assist with travel-day logistics and baggage handling.
• Perform vehicle maintenance coordination with Global Security and keep accurate mileage logs and expense reporting.
