The role requires discretion, professionalism, and a proactive service mindset in a fast-paced environment. The position includes coordinating transportation logistics for private aviation and high-profile events, vehicle maintenance, and collaboration with Global Security, Facilities, and executive teams.

Formación

• Excellent driving skills and safe operation of executive vehicles.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication and executive presence for interactions with senior executives.
• Familiarity with VIP service standards and high-profile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily transportation support for the Chairman & CEO to meetings, events, and travel.
• Coordinate and support transportation logistics for private aviation, flights, and board meetings.
• Maintain vehicles and coordinate with Global Security on maintenance, fueling, and safety.
