Mattel is seeking a dedicated Executive Driver to provide safe, professional transportation and confidential support for the Chairman & CEO, the Executive Office, Board of Directors, and select senior executives. The role requires discretion, flexibility, and a security-minded approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle daily transportation, executive logistics, and administrative tasks during non-driving hours, ensuring seamless operations and security-aligned movement across events,

Responsibilities

• Provide daily transportation support for the Chairman & CEO to appointments, meetings, events, airports, and offsite engagements.
• Coordinate transportation logistics for private aviation, flights, board meetings, investor meetings, and high-profile events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Global Security regarding movement, routing, timing, and security considerations.
• Coordinate with VIP services, hotels, and third-party vendors as needed.
• Support transportation and logistics for Board members, senior executives, and visiting guests.
