• Clean driving record and ability to report incidents.
• Professional appearance and representation of Mattel.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles between campus buildings and to local airports.
• Provide courteous, reliable transportation for employees, visitors, and executives.
• Follow schedules, adjust for traffic, and maintain safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report concerns promptly.
• Maintain logs, route documents, and incident reports accurately.
• Communicate professionally with campus partners and security teams.
• Support events and changing routes; maintain flexible schedules.
