Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a highly organized Catering Director to lead a premier catering program across two campus cafés. You will oversee executive-level events, partner with culinary teams, and report to the Food & Beverage Director.

When catering slows, you’ll support daily café operations. Ideal candidates have catering/hospitality experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or foodservice management.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete catering process from inquiry through event execution and billing.
• Consult with customers to develop menus and coordinate event logistics.
• Partner with Executive Chef and Chef Manager for quality and execution.
• Oversee catering setup, presentation, and service standards for executive events.
• Develop innovative catering menus and seasonal offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication.
• Support café operations when catering activity is light.
