We are an International fine dining (almost Michelin level) on and off-premise Catering group with FIVE locations in the United States. We are in search of a Hands-on, Working Chef to lead our incredibly talented staff in DALLAS, TX.

You must have HIGH VOLUME, fine dining, STABLE background and a calm leadership style.

Hotel, Banquet and/or high volume restaurant events are the "sweet spot" for this client.
