Job summary

Resorts World NYC seeks a Director of Security to lead the safety program for guests, employees, property and assets in a casino environment. You will implement policies, train staff, and ensure compliance with New York State Gaming Commission security requirements and internal controls.

You will direct daily security operations, manage investigations, and liaise with executives and security officers while maintaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law or Related Field is required.
• Minimum seven years casino security experience preferred.
• Five (5) years senior management experience in security for a large casino is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to ensure safety of guests and team members.
• Develop and implement departmental security policies and training programs.
• Coordinate with NYPD, FDNY, FBI and other officials as needed.
• Conduct investigations, interviews and generate reports to meet requirements.
• Manage security budget and issuance of temporary access credentials.
