Genting New York LLC, Resorts World New York City, seeks a Director of Surveillance to oversee the Surveillance Department, ensuring all employees have tools and training to perform duties and advance careers while complying with NYSGC and company rules.

The role leads surveillance operations, manages staff, evaluates technologies, and coordinates investigations with law enforcement as needed, driving security and efficiency in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Ten (10) years’ experience in the casino surveillance field.
• Five (5) years of management/supervisory experience in the gaming industry required.
• Knowledge of casino operations required.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate key license regulatory requirement.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveillance operations for gaming and ensure compliance with NYSGC and company policies.
• Supervise and develop Surveillance staff through training and scheduling.
• Coordinate investigations into employee misconduct and patron incidents; liaise with law enforcement as needed.
• Evaluate and test surveillance technology to improve security and cost efficiency.
• Review daily activity reports and protect assets.
• Establish and monitor emergency procedures for fire, flood, or bomb threats.
• Participate in meetings and safety initiatives.
