Job summary

Resorts World New York City is seeking a Manager Surveillance Investigations to protect assets, ensure integrity of gaming and food & beverage operations, and maintain a safe environment for guests and employees. You will use advanced surveillance technology and investigative techniques to detect fraud, theft, and cheating, and work with surveillance teams, security staff, and law enforcement.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a thorough knowledge of gaming controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
• Two years’ experience in a supervisory position or four years’ experience in a management position.
• Six years’ related surveillance work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraud, theft, cheating, and other illegal activities.
• Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor casino operations and gather evidence.
• Document investigative activities clearly and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain knowledge of casino games, rules, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
