Job summary

Resorts World NYC is seeking a Shift Manager Surveillance to lead the surveillance team on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance and asset protection. You will manage staff, schedule coverage, train personnel, and submit shift reports to the Surveillance Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating surveillance of gaming, simulcast and cash-handling areas, reviewing video tapes, enforcing NY State gaming regulations, and maintaining detailed records for audits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Five (5) years' experience in the casino surveillance field.
• Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience in the gaming industry.
• Must obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission.
• Knowledge of casino operations and gaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Creates schedules to meet staffing objectives and regulatory coverage.
• Manages daily surveillance operations and asset protection.
• Prepares and submits accurate surveillance reports.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate surveillance staff.
• Coordinates surveillance of gaming, simulcast and cash-handling areas.
• Reviews tapes and reports violations to the Surveillance Director.
• Enforces policies and protects company assets.
