• Generate revenue within top player segments by attracting new premium players to the property.
• Create fun and excitement through personalized and preferential services.
• Increase property profitability by targeting high-margin accounts to reactivate, develop, and maintain.
• Build player loyalty and promote return visits by maintaining contact via their preferred channels, including targeted telemarketing.
• Cultivate leads through in-house channels and networking within our established customer base.
• Act as a guest liaison, handle issues, and resolve situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Manage incoming calls for fellow Player Development staff in their absence as needed.
• Prioritize, organize, and complete tasks accurately.
• Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned duties outside the job description necessary for efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
• Adhere to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Comply with management requests and all relevant policies and regulations.

• Have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Enjoy hosting, initiating conversations, and creating a fun environment for guests.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience and education is required.
• Proficiency in computer programs; experience with Salesforce.com and casino marketing programs is preferred.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external guests.
• Ability to qualify for licensing by the Ohio Gaming Commission.
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 25 lbs., and able to perform duties involving reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in various work areas.
