The Wissahickon School District has an exciting opportunity for a strong educational leader to become our next Elementary Principal at Stony Creek Elementary School. Stony Creek is one of six elementary schools within our nationally recognized district and serves approximately 640 students in grades K-5. It is also home to our renowned Elementary Autistic Support Program.
The successful candidate will have a PA Administrative/Principal Certification, strong instructional leadership skills, knowledge of PA standards, and previous administrative or Elementary Principal experience is preferred.

The Elementary School Principal reports to and is evaluated by the Superintendent of Schools.
The Principal supervises and evaluates all staff assigned to the building, including an Assistant Principal.
The Elementary Principal is responsible for the overall management, operation, and leadership of the school according to policies and regulations.
