Job summary

CHS Inc. seeks a Capital Project Manager – Executive to lead a $700 million greenfield soybean facility near Evansville, WI. You will provide executive leadership, align internal teams, and coordinate with external partners to deliver the project safely, on schedule, and within capital parameters.

The role requires significant on-site presence during construction (Sept 2026–Fall 2028) and potential future CHS leadership opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of senior experience in engineering, capital project delivery, or leadership within industrial processing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Evansville, Wisconsin project site.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and overall accountability for new greenfield soybean processing facility delivery from post-Board approval through turnover.
• Establish and lead project execution, escalation, and strategic decision-support processes.
• Own delivery assurance across scope, schedule, budget and risk with governance for costs and forecast.
• Direct external delivery ecosystem including GC, engineering partners, and suppliers.
• Champion safe, compliant and quality project execution with strong safety culture.
• Ensure issues are visible and escalated; manage commissioning, turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate milestones with Prepare to Operate and ensure smooth handover readiness.
