Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of senior leadership in capital-project delivery or related fields.
• Willingness to travel to Evansville, Wisconsin project site during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and accountability for the greenfield facility delivery from post-Board approval through turnover.
• Direct governance forums and senior decision-making processes with sponsors.
• Own delivery against scope, schedule, budget and risk with rigorous forecasting and contingency stewardship.
• Direct external partners (GCs, engineering, equipment suppliers) to deliver the integrated project plan.
• Champion safety, environmental and quality performance across all phases.
