CHS, Inc. is seeking an Executive Capital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $700 million greenfield soybean processing facility near Evansville, Wisconsin.

This role provides executive accountability for overall project delivery, governance and stakeholder alignment from construction through turnover. The position requires significant on-site leadership during critical phases, with direct management of internal teams and external partners to meet safety, schedule and budget objectives,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of capital-project leadership in industrial processing.
• Significant on-site presence at Evansville, Wisconsin project site during critical phases.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for greenfield facility delivery from post-Board approval to turnover.
• Direct governance forums, escalation pathways, and decision-rights processes.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget and risk with rigorous forecasting and change control.
• Direct the external project delivery ecosystem (GC, engineering partners, equipment and supplier partners).
• Champion safe, compliant and quality project execution.
• Coordinate with Prepare to Operate workstream for handover readiness and documentation.
• Align project milestones with the operate-readiness workstream and cross-functional teams.
