Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, capital-project delivery, construction, operations, or project leadership within industrial processing or a similarly complex environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Evansville, Wisconsin project site during critical phases.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive leadership and accountability for new greenfield soybean processing facility delivery from post-Board approval through turnover and closeout.
• Direct governance forums, escalation pathways, and decision-rights processes; provide recommendations to executive sponsors.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget and risk; ensure forecasting, change control, contingency, and risk management are in place.
• Direct the external project delivery ecosystem including general contractor, engineering partners, and equipment suppliers.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality across project execution and turnover.
• Coordinate with Prepare to Operate for handover readiness and documentation.
• Align project milestones with operational-readiness workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
