CHS Inc. is seeking a Capital Project Manager – Executive to lead delivery of a new greenfield soybean processing facility near Evansville, Wisconsin.

This role provides executive leadership and overall accountability for a roughly $700 million capital investment, overseeing delivery from construction through turnover with internal teams and external partners. The position requires significant on-site presence during critical phases, guiding governance, risk management and performance to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading engineering and capital-project delivery.
• Willingness to travel and maintain significant on-site presence at Evansville, WI.
• Credentials: PMP/PgMP/ CCM or equivalent where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership for greenfield soybean facility delivery from post-Board approval to turnover.
• Lead governance forums, escalation paths and decision-rights processes for project performance.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget and risk with rigorous forecasting and change control.
• Direct external project delivery ecosystem including GC, engineering partners and suppliers.
• Champion safety, compliance and quality throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with Prepare to Operate workstream for handover readiness and documentation.
