CHS, Inc. is seeking an Executive Capital Project Manager to lead a $700M greenfield soybean processing facility near Evansville, WI.

This on-site role demands strong governance, strategic direction and coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver the project safely, on schedule and within budget. The position requires significant on-site presence during construction (Sept 2026–Fall 2028) and offers potential future leadership opportunities within CHS post project closeout.

• Provide executive leadership and overall accountability for new greenfield soybean processing facility delivery from post-Board approval through successful facility turnover and project closeout.
• Establish and lead project execution, escalation, and strategic decision-support processes.
• Own delivery assurance across scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Direct the external project delivery ecosystem including GC, engineering partners, equipment/supplier partners.
• Champion safe, compliant and quality project execution.
• Coordinate handover readiness with Prepare to Operate workstream.
• Align project milestones with readiness and startup objectives for commissioning, turnover and startup readiness
