Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis is seeking a Campus President to provide strategic leadership and direction for the campus, overseeing academic activities, operations, and compliance with accreditation standards.

You will shape campus culture, recruit and manage staff, establish advisory boards and student governance, ensure safety compliance, and work with the Executive Team to drive growth while aligning with Lincoln Tech's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines.
• Establish an annual budget for the campus.
• Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel.
• Ensure staff follow job descriptions to high performance standards.
• Represent the campus in the community.
• Establish Advisory Boards and a Student Council with faculty and staff.
• Maintain OSHA/WISHA safety compliance.
• Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and liaise with Executive Team members.
• Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards.
• Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals.
• Oversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintain existing curriculum.
• Organize and supervise all critical school functions.
