Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Campus President to lead a high-performing campus, overseeing operations, academics, and student success. This senior leader will drive enrollment goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage financial health while fostering a culture of accountability and service.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years of leadership in higher education, with a track record in KPI achievement, accreditation, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; terminal degree preferred.
• 7+ years leadership experience in campus operations or academic administration.
• Proven track record managing multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Title IV, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, financial acumen, and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief campus executive for performance, compliance, and culture.
• Lead admissions, financial aid, business office, registrar, student success, and academic programs.
• Translate institutional strategy into local execution to drive enrollment and finances.
• Maintain campus P&L accountability and monitor receivables, collections, and bad debt.
• Ensure KPI monitoring, leadership cadence, and timely executive reporting.
• Oversee all academic programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise faculty scheduling, delivery, and evaluation processes.
• Drive retention, persistence, and graduation aligned with budgets.
• Represent the institution with professionalism to employers and community partners.
