Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead our Electrical and Electronics program on campus. You will join the campus management team and play a crucial role in advancing Lincoln Tech's mission of delivering superior education and training in a supportive environment.

The Education Supervisor will supervise staff, recruit and train faculty, develop growth opportunities, manage schedules, and ensure excellent student service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with NCCER preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with the trades industry, especially electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program
