Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a National Education Coordinator to provide project coordination, administrative support, and compliance tracking across multiple campuses. This on-site role reports to the Corporate Education Department and coordinates education projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accurate reporting.

The position requires an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and 3+ years in admin, operations, or higher education support, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, or higher education support experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in education, training, compliance, or multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track academic deliverables and support new program rollouts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Manage departmental meetings, travel arrangements, and purchase orders.
• Support curriculum, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Compile and analyze educational performance data and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of campus-submitted academic data.
