Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Vice President, Brand Leader for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) based at our McLean corporate office. The role leads brand strategy for Hilton Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, and Hilton Club, partnering with Hilton Grand Vacations leadership to drive long-term growth and strengthen the strategic partnership with HGV.

You will oversee annual priorities, brand roadmaps, and initiatives across customer experience, resort positioning, membership evolution, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in hospitality or related industries.
• Three+ years working directly with owners (corporate or hotel)
• Four years of management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Hilton's executive brand steward for HGV, protecting the long-term health, positioning, and integrity of the portfolio.
• Define and evolve the long-term strategic vision for HGV in partnership with Hilton Grand Vacations leadership.
• Build trusted relationships across Hilton Grand Vacations, serving as Hilton's primary strategic partner on brand strategy, customer experience, and portfolio evolution.
• Develop annual strategic priorities and brand roadmaps aligning enterprise objectives with brand success.
