Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a highly analytical BI Analyst to join our Strategy team. You will own reporting, dashboards, and analysis that inform the executive team and Board materials.

This role requires turning complex data into clear insights that guide decisions and scale reporting across the organization. You will partner with Strategy, Finance, and leadership to translate performance into actionable visuals, automate recurring reports, and maintain a single source

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsibilities

Executive, Board & Investor Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting used for Board of Directors meetings, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetings.
Data & Analytics: Pull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sources.
Dashboards & BI: Develop dashboards and reporting for internal leadership meetings across Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and People.
Automation & Data Quality: Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve data quality and consistency.
Collaboration: Work with Strategy, Finance, and senior leadership to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
