Job summary

You will own reporting, dashboards, and analysis that inform the executive team and the Board, turning complex questions into clear insights and scalable outputs.

Collaborating with Strategy and Finance, you will build executive dashboards across Sales, Ops, Finance, and People, establish KPI definitions, and create a single source of truth for key metrics,

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data modeling skills.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reporting.

This person will own the reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help our executive team make better decisions and communicate the performance of the business to our Board of Directors, investors, and internal leadership.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy team and partner closely with senior leadership. This person will own the reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help our executive team make better decisions and communicate the performance of the business to our Board of Directors, investors, and internal leadership.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You will be responsible for taking complex business questions, finding the right data, turning it into clear insights, and building scalable reporting that can be used repeatedly across the organization.

You will work closely with Strategy, Finance, and senior leadership, with significant exposure to the executive team.

What You'll Do

Executive, Board & Investor Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting used for Board of Directors meetings, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetings
• Own the underlying data and analysis behind key company metrics
• Partner with Strategy and Finance to prepare recurring reporting and investor materials
• Translate complex business performance into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizations
• Quickly investigate changes in performance and identify the key drivers behind the numbers

Business & Financial Reporting

• Build recurring reporting around revenue, margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, headcount, sales, customer performance, and other key business metrics
• Support actuals vs. budget vs. forecast reporting
• Partner with Finance to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with financial statements and company planning
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analyses

Dashboards & Business Intelligence

• Build and own executive dashboards that provide a clear view of company performance
• Develop dashboards and reporting for internal leadership meetings across areas such as Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and People
• Establish consistent KPI definitions and create a single source of truth for critical business metrics
• Improve the way leaders access and consume data across the organization

Data & Analytics

• Pull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sources
• Strong SQL proficiency and Semantic data layer experience
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
• Build repeatable processes and automated reporting wherever possible
