Job summary

Stord, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical BI Analyst to join the Strategy team and partner closely with senior leadership. You will own reporting, dashboards, and analyses that communicate performance to the Board, investors, and internal leadership.

This role emphasizes turning complex business questions into clear insights, building scalable reporting, and collaborating with Strategy and Finance to drive data-driven decisions across the company.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in BI, data analytics, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Board, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Own the underlying data and analysis behind key company metrics.
• Translate complex business performance into executive-ready insights and visualizations; identify drivers behind changes.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analyses.
