Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to administer nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans for corporate sponsors and executive participants. The role focuses on accurate data handling, plan administration, and high-touch service in a regulated financial-services environment.

The position offers hybrid work options with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, or Radnor, PA, and may consider virtual arrangements for a strong candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in nonqualified deferred compensation, executive benefits, or related administration.
• Experience with retirement/pension plan administration or recordkeeping.
• Intermediate Excel: formulas, lookups, filters, sorting, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Administer recurring NQDC plan activities ( enrollment, deferrals, vesting, distributions ).
• Interpret plan provisions and respond to sponsor/ participant questions accurately.
• Coordinate data with clients, payroll, recordkeepers and internal partners.
• Reconcile data, investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Prepare client reports, communications, enrollment materials, and calendars.
• Maintain plan documentation and audit support materials.
• Use Excel and databases to validate data and support reporting.
• Manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines with strong quality controls.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop knowledge of NQDC mechanics, 409A, COLI, and related plans.
